The primary purpose of buying a home is to provide you and your family with a comfortable place to live. If I do my job well, we will maximize your buying power and minimize the hassle!
Home ownership is one of your most important decisions, AND one of your best investment opportunities. Finding the right home requires patience, market knowledge, and expertise working with contracts, bankers, lawyers and other realtors. You can rely on me to put those tools at your disposal as I walk you through the home buying process one step at a time.
Together we will prioritize features, analyze the market, find the best location, determine your buying power, and finally view those homes that meet your criteria.
When you find the right property, I will assist you in writing the offer, present it AND negotiate on your behalf.
Monitoring the conditional period of your contract is critical. I will be there to ensure that your interests are fully protected which will result in conditions being removed or in your offer being withdrawn.
I am always available to answer all your questions as you close the deal and move in! Ask me anything..how do I get a post office box, who cleans carpets, what are the names of the schools in the area?
Because I care more, and because the Peace Country is a small market, our paths will cross again and again, so you can call on me anytime.
MY BEST ADVICE FOR BUYERS
Before your start your property search, interview a few Realtors and choose the one you trust, develop rapport with and who respects your instructions and needs.
Avoid being caught in the middle of a Realtor's "tug of war" by calling multiple Realtors based on the name on the For Sale sign.
Once you understand that one Realtor can show you EVERY property listed, including those listed "For Sale by Owner" it is easy to see why working with one Realtor streamlines and simplifies the buying process.
